Anniversary Photograph and Story Submission
Release & License Agreement

The following Release & License Agreement shall govern all information and images submitted through the Roma D’Italia Anniversary Photograph and Story Submission webpage, as well as all images and information submitted via email.

For consideration which I acknowledge, I irrevocably grant to The Dominic Corea Limited Partnership dba Roma D’Italia (“Company”) and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors the right to use my submitted image(s), image description(s) and name (“Submitted Materials”) in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image(s) or description(s) used for publication or the written copy or audio-visuals that may be used in connection with the image(s) (“Works”).

I release, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and save harmless Company, its agents, employees, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Released Entities”) from any and all claims I, or any third party, may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the use, exploitation, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, performance or display of the Submitted Materials.

I waive any right to inspect or to approve any Works that may be created using the Submitted Materials and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the Submitted Materials may be applied. The Submitted Materials may be used at the Company’s sole discretion, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate biographical material, alone or in conjunction with any other material of any kind or nature except that Company will not use the Submitted Materials for any criminal or illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with community standards of decency.

I understand and agree that Company is and shall be the owner of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in the Works, and any commercial, informational, educational, advertising, or promotional materials containing the Submitted Materials.

I am of full legal age and have read this license and release and am fully familiar with its contents.
